Founder and project lead
Alexander Dynnik — building Huddle from a parent’s question and a systems leader’s perspective.
A father of two combining lived family experience with company leadership, public administration and strategic-management experience; the exact public chronology remains verification-gated.

The decision to build Huddle
A familiar family problem began to look like a systems problem.
As a father of two, Alexander wanted what many parents want: a rich life for his children beyond the screen — activities they could enjoy, people they could know and a stronger connection to the place around them. The intention was simple. Reaching the experience was not.
Every possibility opened another chain of work: reliable information, age and fit, real cost, transport, equipment, preparation and enough confidence for a first visit. Huddle began with the conviction that technology should reduce that invisible work, not compete for more family attention.

Education and management foundation
Public administration, strategic management and implementation discipline.
Alexander completed a Master in Public Administration (MPA), Public Administration and Administrative Management, at the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy in Kharkiv in 2017–2019.
In 2025 he completed Bachelor-level studies in Strategic Management, Organization and Management at Hauge School of Management, NLA University College. The programme covered strategic analysis, implementation, organisational culture and structure, ethical choice, sustainability, corporate responsibility and Business Intelligence.
Relevant competencies
Turning uncertainty into accountable decisions and executable systems.
His management background includes anti-crisis and change leadership, organisational strategy, business planning, tender and competition projects, document and policy design, information-flow optimisation, cost discipline and team structures.
His strategic toolkit includes 5C, SWOT and PEST analysis; defining vision, mission and goals; evaluating strategic options; connecting structure and culture to implementation; and governing strategy with measurable decision points.

Founder responsibility
A founder story cannot substitute for evidence, safeguarding or shared governance.
Huddle is founder-led today. As the project develops, responsibility for product, child safety, privacy, evidence, public value, operations and commercial integrity must be assigned to named owners with review and escalation gates.
Alexander’s role is to hold the ambition and organise the work — while inviting families, practitioners, researchers and institutional partners to challenge assumptions before anything is claimed at scale.
