Commercial integrity

Commercial support must never buy family trust.

Paid visibility, organic relevance, authority and correction need separate rules that remain visible to families and reviewers.

Planned

Money may change a clearly defined commercial service, never the meaning of trust.

Every commercial fact needs a source, an authorised actor and a correction path.

Huddle should be prepared to reject revenue that weakens family utility or accountable trust.

Define the commercial firewall that keeps payment, partner authority and market participation subordinate to family usefulness, source truth and safety.
Your question

Payment firewall

Money may change a clearly defined commercial service, never the meaning of trust.

A future partner may pay for a workspace, catalogue service, transaction service or clearly labelled sponsored placement. The agreement must state exactly what payment changes and what it cannot change in discovery, factual comparison, provenance, safety or family control.

Organic relevance, provider verification, product truth, sponsorship and seller performance are different signals. Combining them into one badge or ranking would let commercial power look like independent confidence.

Responsibility chain

Every commercial fact needs a source, an authorised actor and a correction path.

Product facts, StoreOffers, seller identity, sponsored content and representative mandates belong to different owners. Huddle should preserve who supplied each fact, when it was reviewed, which authority permitted it and who must correct it when circumstances change.

Future operations also need complaints, dispute ownership, access review, audit history and a way to suspend or remove unsafe or unauthorised content. A polished interface is not evidence that these controls already work.

Decision gate

Huddle should be prepared to reject revenue that weakens family utility or accountable trust.

Commercial review should ask whether a proposed model hides sponsorship, encourages avoidable consumption, excludes lower-cost alternatives, exposes household context or shifts liability to families. Failure on a trust boundary is a reason to redesign or stop, not merely adjust the wording.

No approved commercial policy, enforcement operation, paid placement, marketplace transaction, partner contract or revenue is claimed. The integrity model remains subject to founder, family, legal, safety and market validation.
