Role workspaces
Every operational action needs the right role, source and accountable owner.
Huddle proposes different working views for organisations and partners so information can be maintained without flattening responsibility into one generic account.

Roles reflect responsibility
Publishing, confirming, selling and reviewing should not share the same authority.
A coach may update arrival notes, an administrator may confirm schedules, a safeguarding contact may own escalation information and an authorised commercial representative may manage specific offers. Each role needs only the actions required for its responsibility.
Organisation identity, representative authority and content quality are separate facts. A real organisation can still have incomplete information, and a current schedule does not establish safety or professional quality.

Information through change
Trust depends on who confirmed a fact, when it changed and who must correct it.
Opportunity and service records may move through draft, review, published, changed, full, paused, cancelled, completed and archived states. Material facts need provenance, a last-confirmed date and a route for urgent correction.
The public view should show meaningful status without exposing internal personal data or confidential operations. Unknown information should remain unknown rather than being completed with promotional language.

Operating proof
A workspace is credible only when people can maintain it within real time and staffing constraints.
Testing should measure role clarity, completion time, missing information, correction speed, representative expiry, provider workload and whether families can understand the resulting public status.
Huddle does not claim production workspaces, onboarded organisations, staffed review queues, operating identity checks or certified providers. The current model describes the controls and responsibilities that still need organisational, legal and technical validation.
