Contact Huddle
Start with the question you are responsible for.
Families, organisations, municipalities, commercial actors, researchers, investors, funders and press need different conversations and review paths.

Choose the conversation
Research, public-sector, commercial, funding and press enquiries lead to different next steps.
A useful first message states the sender’s role, the question they are responsible for, the relevant geography or organisation, the decision or collaboration being considered and a safe way to reply.
Huddle should then confirm whether the request fits the current stage and identify the appropriate review path. An enquiry does not itself create research selection, product access, partnership, investment discussion, press approval or a municipal pilot.

Share only what is needed
A general contact route is not a channel for sensitive family or case information.
Do not send child-identifying details, diagnoses, safeguarding reports, legal case material, passwords, payment data or confidential organisational documents. If future work requires sensitive information, Huddle must first provide an approved purpose-specific channel and notice.
Huddle is not an emergency, health, child-protection or statutory service. Urgent situations should use the relevant authorised local or emergency route.

What happens next
The first response should clarify ownership, fit and the next responsible step.
A reply may request non-sensitive context, route the enquiry to a specialist review or explain that the project is not ready for the proposed activity. Response-time promises should be published only when a staffed channel and accountable owner are confirmed.
No contact route creates an obligation, agreement, participant place, procurement process, investment offer, grant eligibility or permission to publish project material.
