Partnership and revenue models
A sustainable model must finance usefulness without selling trust.
Candidate models should be tested against family value, commercial fairness, public-interest boundaries and evidence before any external offer.

A revenue hypothesis is credible only after the underlying family or partner job is useful.
Every model should state who pays, what changes and which boundaries payment cannot cross.
Pricing, conversion and revenue remain open questions until real behaviour and approved terms exist.

Value before revenue
A revenue hypothesis is credible only after the underlying family or partner job is useful.
Possible future paths may include organisation workspaces, catalogue or commerce services, transaction support, clearly labelled sponsored formats and bounded institutional programmes. Each path starts with a different payer, beneficiary, responsibility and proof requirement.
Huddle should first demonstrate that families make a clearer decision and that the responsible provider can maintain the required information or service. Revenue cannot substitute for evidence that the role removes a real barrier without weakening trust.
Partnership test
Every model should state who pays, what changes and which boundaries payment cannot cross.
A serious partnership brief should define the family problem addressed, partner authority, service provided, data exchanged, source ownership, liability, complaints, measurement, termination and the decision the test will inform. It should also disclose any manual work and dependency on unverified integrations.
Paid visibility, if ever tested, remains labelled and outside organic relevance, factual comparison and trust status. A partner may purchase a bounded service; it cannot purchase a recommendation, a safety implication or access to the family dossier.

Evidence gates
Pricing, conversion and revenue remain open questions until real behaviour and approved terms exist.
Relevant gates include family usefulness, provider willingness, maintainable data, acceptable trust boundaries, operational responsibility and evidence that a proposed payer receives value without distorting the family journey. Failure should lead to a narrower model, redesign or stop decision.
Huddle does not claim approved pricing, customers, signed partners, live marketplace activity, transactions, commissions, conversion, recurring revenue or validated unit economics. Any future external offer requires founder, finance, legal, trust and claims review.
