Beyond the listing
An opportunity becomes useful when a family can judge the complete first step.
A title, date and map pin rarely answer whether something fits. Families may need age and experience level, full cost, schedule, trial terms, equipment, accessibility, language, transport, adult presence, arrival instructions and a responsible contact.
The Opportunity Passport concept keeps these facts in a consistent record, shows their source and freshness and leaves unanswered fields visible. It should help comparison without turning every difference into a score.

Explainable relevance
Show why an option may fit and let the family change the criteria.
Relevance should come from the family’s stated task and practical criteria, not hidden assumptions about a child or household. The explanation should identify the matched conditions and any important uncertainty.
Payment must not silently improve organic position, weaken safety information or make an offer appear more suitable. Sponsored visibility, if ever introduced, needs clear labelling and a separate commercial rule set.

Information before scale
Discovery is credible only when organisations can keep material facts current.
Validation must test who owns each field, how changes and cancellations are communicated, which data can be reused from authoritative sources and what workload accurate maintenance creates for providers.
Huddle does not claim a live catalogue, complete local coverage, verified opportunities, real-time availability or an operating recommendation system. Prototype examples show the information standard and decision logic that still require field testing.
