For service and support providers

Services and support belong inside the family participation journey.

Huddle is exploring how families can understand support options, referral boundaries and the next practical step without losing control of their information.

Your question

Value in context

A family may need practical support before an opportunity becomes usable.

Finding an activity does not solve transport, language, accessibility, repair, care or confidence on its own. Huddle explores how a relevant support route could appear at the moment the family understands why it may be needed, instead of requiring a separate search through unfamiliar systems.

For providers, the value is a clearer request with enough context to understand the need and the expected next step. The family should also see who provides the service, what it covers, what it costs and where the provider's responsibility begins and ends.

A clear service handoff

Explain eligibility, scope and follow-up before a family makes contact.

A structured provider record can show service area, availability, languages, accessibility, eligibility, price or public coverage, required documents, response route and the responsible professional or organisation. It should also distinguish information, guidance, regulated advice and emergency support.

The proposed workflow routes only the information needed for the selected interaction. Providers need a way to confirm or reject a request, correct their public details, document a handoff and direct urgent or out-of-scope matters to the authorised service.

Professional boundary and validation

Visibility is not verification, endorsement or a promise of a service outcome.

Each provider remains responsible for qualifications, licences, suitability, confidentiality, safeguarding, service delivery and any professional duty. Huddle is not an emergency, medical, legal or child-protection service and should not present a directory entry as proof of quality or fitness for a particular family.

The next step is a scoped service-path review with relevant providers and specialists: test the fields, referral boundary, data minimisation and escalation route. Huddle does not claim onboarded providers, live referrals, verified credentials, reduced access barriers or service outcomes today.
