The concept links family-controlled preferences with structured opportunity information, first-visit preparation, household planning, routes to services and practical access, and context-first adult connections. It avoids asking the family to rebuild the same decision in every separate place.
Organisations remain responsible for their facts and professional duties. Families decide what context to use. Commercial support cannot purchase relevance or trust, and public actors must not receive household-level visibility.
Current stage
The architecture is a testable direction, not evidence of a live ecosystem.
The public site and prototype can explain the intended journey and let reviewers challenge its assumptions. They do not demonstrate production reliability, active families, maintained opportunity data, operating partnerships, integrations or measured outcomes.
Validation must proceed in stages: comprehension, family usefulness, provider workload, information quality, safety, privacy and only later bounded operational and economic tests. The concept should be narrowed or stopped where the evidence does not support it.
