Current stage and roadmap

We would rather change the idea than ignore the evidence.

Huddle has moved beyond a note with an idea, but it is not yet a finished service. The roadmap is a sequence of evidence, not a calendar of promises.

Why this matters
Show the project’s present maturity, the evidence required for each next stage and the reasons to narrow, pause or stop.
Who this page is for
Families, prospective collaborators, specialists, partners and capital providers reviewing what exists today and what must be proven next
01

Real today

A documented foundation for serious validation.

Huddle has a defined Family Life & Belonging Platform position, ecosystem architecture, brand system, participation journey, stakeholder model, public website, product prototype and research architecture.

Being validated

The most important work is learning what the product must get right.

The project needs evidence about real family barriers, existing workarounds, first-visit information, organisational workload, municipal value, commercial integrity, safeguarding and which prototype scenarios are genuinely useful.

Prototype is not operation

A working interface does not yet prove a trustworthy family service.

Real operation requires accurate information, named responsibility, moderation, consent, child-safety boundaries, privacy controls, conflict handling, legal review and a clear line between Huddle and each organisation.

Norway-first validation

Start with one concrete context before making global claims.

Norway offers a strong local landscape of clubs, voluntary organisations, libraries, sport, culture and municipal services. The next step is bounded work with families and ecosystem participants — not an announcement of national scale.

The roadmap

Understand → prototype → validate → measure → decide.

First understand the problem well enough. Then test the highest-value scenarios, examine them in a real local context, measure what changes, remove what does not work and make an evidence-based go, iterate or pause decision.

Not yet verified

No launched national service, active city pilot, adoption or measured impact is claimed.

Product-market fit, active municipal agreements, user scale, guaranteed safety, proven behaviour change, pricing and commercial viability all require separate evidence and owner approval before publication.
